Town Square Lighting

Friday after Thanksgiving, 5pm - 7pm | Town Square

Experience the magic of the holiday season at our enchanting Town Square Lighting event! Join us as we illuminate the Jackson Town Square with a breathtaking display of twinkling lights, filling the air with joy and wonder. Holiday carols, delicious treats, and a visit from Santa make it an unforgettable celebration for all.  Presented by Snake River Roasting Company.

Santa on the Square

December 14-24, 2024, 5pm - 7pm | Town Square

Capture the spirit of Christmas in the heart of Jackson Hole with a visit to Santa on the Square! Meet and greet with Santa, enjoy seasonal treats, and create cherished memories with loved ones at this enchanting holiday event. Presented by Jedediah's Catering & Concessions.

Shop Local Holiday Weekends

Saturdays & Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas, 1pm - 4pm | Town Square

Discover the charm of local shops and boutiques, showcasing unique gifts and one-of-a-kind treasures. Visit our Holiday Shopping Info Center at the Stage Stop for complimentary hot cocoa and sweet treats.  Chamber of Commerce staff welcomes shoppers from 1-4 pm with information about local shopping promotions like Winter Windfall.  Embrace the joy of personalized service, special promotions, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Let's celebrate and sustain our local economy together during this festive time of year. Presented by Bank of Jackson Hole.

Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday prior to Easter | Town Square

Hop on over to the Jackson Hole Town Square for an egg-citing Easter Egg Hunt, presented by Austin O'Bryhim and State Farm Insurance! Join us for a family-friendly event where children can search for colorful eggs throughout the square. Enjoy a day of fun, laughter, and sweet surprises as we celebrate the joys of Easter together.

Independence Day Celebrations

July 4 | Downtown Jackson

Jackson Hole bursts with patriotic cheer on the 4th of July. The morning kicks off with a parade through the town square, a kaleidoscope of floats, cowboys, and marching bands. The afternoon sizzles with a classic rodeo – a true Wild West experience. As dusk settles, families gather for a showdown reenactment in Town Square. The grand finale paints the Teton sky with a dazzling fireworks display, visible from both Snow King and Teton Village.

Fall Events

Haunting of Jackson Hole

October 31st | Town Square

Downtown Jackson is transformed into a Spook-tacular Halloween celebration on October 31st.  Children of all ages enjoy a safe environment for trick-or-treats and costume contests for humans and furry beasts punctuate the night!

•  Trick or Treat on the Town Square | 3:30 pm - 6 pm

The biggest trick-or-treat event in the valley just got BIGGER!  In addition to all of the fantastic local businesses that participate in Trick-or-Treat on the Town Square, firetrucks, police cars, and other vehicles will be decorated with imaginative themes for a Trunk-or-Treat. Deloney Ave. and Center St. will be closed to vehicle traffic, allowing for a safer environment for your kids to trick-or-treat. • Costume Contests on the Town Square | 4:30 - 6 pm

  • Chamber of Commerce Costume Contest | 4:30 pm:  Halloween revelers of all ages converge for the Annual Chamber of Commerce Costume Contest.  Age groups from infant to adult are welcome with special prizes for family/group costumes as well. More info....

  • PAWS Dog Costume Contest | 5:30 pm:  Dress up your furry friend in their spookiest, cutest, or most creative costume for a chance to win exciting prizes. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled, festive event!  Presented by PAWS of Jackson Hole.
